Recorder!!!
Recorder
4th and 5th graders will be learning how to play the recorder this year. Learning recorder helps to prepare them for playing instruments at the secondary level. We have already started! Ask your children what they have learned!

Students will perform and complete songs from a list of pieces in order to receive their recorder "belts". 4th and 5th grade students are required to complete the first 3 songs--white, yellow, and orange belts. These will be grades for music. Click on the link below to practice the music.

Every song completed (or "belt") will equal a 100 in the grade book. Students who complete the black belt will be invited to a black belt party, along with being recognized with an award for their accomplishment at the last assembly.
